Investment20/20 provides a route into a career in investment management through their paid trainee programme, which is operated by over 60 firms across the UK. The trainee programme is a minimum of 12 months and provides the opportunity to develop the skills and knowledge to build a career in the sector.
Over the duration of the 12 months, trainees take part in a learning and development programme which includes a network for all their trainees with regular events and a trainee forum.
